I very rarely notate any reviews, however Picco Air Control (John) really exceeded my expectations. John is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and offers excellent service.

He diagnosed the issue with my AC unit not functioning properly and shared best recommendations for immediate repair.

His diagnosis fee was on par with other providers and the diagnosis cost was then applied for total repair.
Fair pricing and very customer friendly explanation.

I'm extremely grateful for my meeting with John and I will now continue to utilize him moving forward.

Another excellent experience with Picco Air Control.

So another year, another hot summer. We discovered a leak from the AC furnace in the attic two nights ago. Having worked with John and his team for more than 10 years, I called John the next morning with confidence. In just a few short hours, Alex showed up at the door. He immediately jumped into action to quickly and accurately identified the problem and performed the repairs needed. But what I was impressed by wasn't just how fast John responded and Alex came to fix the problem. It's the beautiful quality of work and the level of care they put in. Most likely most HVAC techs can easily do the job, but not everyone can do it with the homeowner's trust and confidence like mine. These qualities are so hard to come by nowadays, and big name companies don't necessarily mean quality assurance and trustworthiness. Picco Air Control earned my trust long ago, and their consistent service, quality of work and the care they provide only reaffirm my loyalty to them. If you are a homeowner and need HVAC service, you should definitely give John and Alex a call. You won't regret it.

My AC unit was acting up in the sense that it would stop cooling after the initial cooldown but would start cooling again later. I found Picco Air Control on Yelp after scrolling through all the big guy's names that appeared at the top of the list. After reading a number of the reviews they had, I decided to give John a call on a Saturday afternoon not expecting a call back until Monday. Instead, he reached out right away, and we set up an appt. for Sunday, the next day. After checking out the outside unit, John found the problem, quoted me the price to replace it, and promptly did the repair. AC unit has been working fine ever since. After the repair he cleaned up the internals and made some notes on the back of the panel and fixed a couple of minor issues that he saw that could have caused me future problems down the road. I highly recommend that you consider Picco Air Control and John for your HVAC repairs.

John, was amazing. Called him on a Saturday morning, because our AC unit went out the night before. He made it over to our place and got the unit fixed, didn't try to scam us for anything else other than what was broken. He is a good and honest person.
